He / They,
Evan Rosenthal (he/they) is a white, able bodied, queer, transgender guy who “grew up with cornfields in every direction,” (Chris Housman, “Blueneck”), and began thriving when they moved to the Twin Cities metro. He has counseling licenses in mental health and substance use in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Greater licensing coverage will occur through the counseling compact in early 2025.

Evan has firsthand and clinical experience navigating sexuality and gender identity exploration from a young age, through adulthood, with insights into rural and metro impacts on individual and business identities. Inspire Equity

Our Process

Every customer journey is unique. We start by setting the foundation before we determine the course for growth.

Initial Conversation

Before scheduling our initial meeting, we will have a brief conversation about what you have done, are doing and want to do in the future. During this contact you and I are determining needs and next best steps for you and your group. This can occur via email, telephone or virtual platform.

Organizational Assessment

During the Organizational Assessment we will identify current inclusive and respectful procedures, policies, practice alongside defining baseline knowledge for leadership, middle leadership and employees. This work creates the foundation for future growth, action plans and to review efficacy of our work together.

Step 3 - Training

Training/Consultation

Training and Consultation can occur as a stand alone option, conference and large gathering or as part of already initiated social justice work. We will identify the specific topics and direction for the education and support conversations as part the initial conversation and/or Organizational Assessment.

Transforming Experiences
Professional Supervision

Promoting Evolution and Awareness

My educational and licensure supervision approaches focus on empowering individuals with knowledge and skills vital for their well-being as a human and a service provider. I offer resources to enhance personal and professional growth, existential reflection and foster a collaborative environment where individuals will learn how to succeed.

Cultivating Organizational Culture

Instilling Professional Curiosity through Engagement

Using a social equity lens, I invite leaders and staff from all levels into a collaborative space where diverse thinking and curiosity emerge. We work together to identify specific needs, develop access to resources and create learning spaces that you can sustain well after our work together.

Workshops

Building Beyond Cultural Competency

The workshops will go beyond accreditation and licensure competency requirements to equip professionals and organizations with  nuanced equity-driven insights. I address topics and skills your group seeks, alongside identity, mental health and substance use intersections. We will use education, interactive discussion and reflective activities to support progressive growth and concept application abilities.
